Associations and Support Networks
Enterprise AB has expertise in creating bespoke membership management solutions for trade and professional associations, clubs and other support networks. Our clients benefit from sites that effectively manage their membership database, member interactions, and numerous office processes:
Hertfordshire Visual Arts (HVA) is a networking organisation for everyone in the visual and applied arts in Hertfordshire, helping artists in Hertfordshire to collaborate on marketing and promoting their talents to reach cultural and educational organisations and the general public. The Enterprise AB (EAB) team developed the site to allow members to register, pay online and update their online gallery. The site hosts internal communications mechanisms and affinity groups for like-minded artists. A unique feature of this site is the construction of a self-registration system for participation and advertising in the annual Open Studios event.
The Provision Trade Federation (PTF) member website provides traders in dairy products with access to vital information on issues affecting the market for provisions in bulletins, reports and event announcements. It is vital that the PTF staff are able to quickly update the site themselves.
UCAN, The UK Church Administrator Network website is an online community for over 600 Church administrators. It provides an online database of members to promote professional development events and conferences. It hosts professional forums on HR and facilities management issues and generates a bi-monthly e-newsletter and annual remuneration survey. The association is promoted and managed online by church consultant and trainer, John Truscott. View at: john-truscott.co.uk
The Executive Forum Alumni is a voluntary-run organisation which provides free membership of a support network for executive level job-search candidates in Hertfordshire.
The Executive Forum executive training and support project uses this networking website to help its members stay in touch and share opportunities online. Members create, manage and promote their profiles, explore job opportunities, see local company details and identify local networking events in St Albans.
SOFT UK, Support Organisation for Trisomy 13/18, provides parental support and impartial information about this chromosome defect affecting 1 in 200 babies born in the UK.
Enterprise AB (EAB) developed a unique online sharing resource - working closely with the trustees to understand the needs of parents at every stage from pre-natal diagnosis to birth, caring and bereavement. eZ Publish provides password-protected access for members and trustees to online applications that help SOFT operate more effectively.
YHGfL is a regional portal for excellence and innovation in eLearning providing schools with secure, reliable broadband connections and access to online content and resources.
Enterprise AB (EAB) developed a two-year plan to improve the Grid’s eZ Publish web portal. EAB supports three websites, and an online booking application for YHGFL members and non-members to book themselves at events.
In 2010 the Grid took the ICT Excellence Award for Next Generation Learning Support for Schools.
