When you purchase a domain name through EAB, you need to be aware that although we act as your agent, you as the Registrant (owner) are actually entering into a contract with the Registrar of that extension type. For example, Nominet UK is the Naming Authority (Registrar) responsible for all Top Level Domain names ending with .uk. As a result, when buying or renewing a .uk domain name, you must ensure that you have read and agreed to their terms and conditions.

Domain Registration is a legally binding contract, so it is essential to ensure that the Company or individual owner's name is correct at the time of registration and that you keep us informed of any changes to the Company name or status or to the contact details. This is now a legal requirement by most Registrars. As your Internet Service Provider, we shall be the Administrative, Technical and Billing contacts for your domain names. This is to ensure that your domain name is always renewed and paid for on time.

Due to the complexity of domain name registration and administration, our prices listed under each Registrar are intended as a guide. Each Registrar operates its own rules, meaning that our prices vary according to the Registrar chosen for each particular extension. Some costs vary according to whether services were requested at the time of registration or added later, so it is always a good idea to have thought out what services are required for a domain name before requesting registration.

There are sometimes circumstances where Registrant changes or transfers become very complicated and time consuming. On these occasions, we reserve the right to forward the costs on to our customer. Obviously, we would keep you informed as to the amounts at all stages of the process. It is worth noting that some services are free, if taken with EAB hosting packages.
