Internet Service Providers all have an identity with Nominet known as the IPS Tag. Our Tag name is EAB (always upper case) and this is the information required by an ISP to transfer a domain name to 'our' Tag. Nominet also have an unusual service that allows individuals who register domain names for personal use to be able to keep their address withheld from the whois records. This is for personal privacy and is a service called 'opt out' which should be stated at the time of registration. All registrations are for a minimum of two years.
