EAB Email Marketing Service

Email Marketing is increasingly seen as a critical marketing tool, which provides the following benefits over the more traditional methods. It is low cost, measurable, fast, and highly effective. However, there are barriers to overcome, such as getting through the spam filters, creating a technical infrastructure capable of handling large numbers of messages, ability to track the performance of campaigns and cost of the service, to name just a few. Email Marketing provides a rapid and effective way of reaching target audiences for companies on an upward growth path.

EAB uses the infrastructure of a leading email marketing service provider, as a basis to deliver cost effective email marketing solutions to our clients. We can also assist our clients by providing additional optional services to address lack of skills, resources or time.

Email lists can be provided by the client or purchased from external sources. EAB does not supply mailing lists but would assist clients in the procurement process.

How EAB Email Marketing works

The Email Marketing Plan
We recommend the production of an annual Email Marketing Plan for logistical and financial reasons. This will define your usage of the service during the year. For instance it will state the frequency, number and cost of campaigns that will be run during the period.

Individual Campaigns
We work closely with you to create the email contents and manage the email list. We then initiate and run the process, compiling and forwarding relevant reports at the appropriate times. If you wish, we can configure your website with a landing page and a tracking mechanism to ensure that it is possible to measure your website activities triggered by the campaign. We also ensure that your emails comply with the relevant legislation and considerations such as Privacy Policy, T&Cs, unsubscribing, etc.

Subscription
It is necessary to register with the service for a minimum period of one year, the subscription being payable in advance at the time of registration. The client will commit to a minimum of four email campaigns during the year, but could choose to set up and run further campaigns or use a greater frequency than four times per year.

By using the EAB Email Marketing service you will avoid having to deal with technical issues such as spamming, bandwidth and compliance to email marketing legislation, whilst having complete control over your own campaigns.
