EAB is proud to announce the creation of a Representative Office in France, in the
French Riviera, the native home of Andre Bottin, its founder and Managing Director. We aim
to offer Internet services to both French local businesses and the large British ex-pat
community. Indeed, with its international perspective EAB is well suited to serve
like-minded companies. This new office, as with our office in China will rely on its local
presence on the Internet, via the eab-france.com website, powered by eZ Publish. The site
is both in French and
in English. |

EAB completed its redevelopment of the Diocese of St Albans website
using eZ Publish 4. The Diocese covers a wide geographical area in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Luton and North Barnet. The website provides text, video and audio information
about the services, resources and events available across the Diocese. It also provides relevant national and local news using RSS feeds. A weekly calendar of events, modified from
eZ Publish's standard calendar facility, keeps churches and individuals around the Diocese up to date with what's happening locally and at organisational level.

| May 2008 |
At the beginning of May, EAB completed a new website for St Albans City & District Council, called
Recycling for a Premier Community. Based on eZ Publish 4.0
and utilising Ajax technology, this website provides information about the new recycling services provided by the council, including an on-line search facility for residents to find their refuse
and recycling collection days.
On Thursday May 8th, EAB's managing director Andre Bottin gave a talk "How can an artist succeed on the Internet".
This evening event is a regular Networking event run by Creative Herts (www.creativeherts.com).
This talk was aimed at those who are keen to make a living out of their artistic gifts and provide useful tips on how to create a winning strategy.
Although the talk included loads of tips on what to do and what not to do with a website it actually majored on a number of necessary
marketing activities which are necessary to be successful.
Andre's experience in web development is considerable as he's been implementing web solutions since 1995 for a wide range
of clients, including local government, commercial organisations and many small businesses. Andre has also business interest
and experience in the local art scene, both via his online gallery ventures: enterprisefineart.com and
island-of-art.com and as being a long term Organising Group Committee member of
the Hertfordshire Visual Arts Forum. Andre runs a newsletter dedicated to artists,
more information about how to subscribe can be found at www.eab.co.uk/artists/.

EAB has developed a website for Joy of Life to promote its custom-made vacation programmes. It is based on eZ Publish 4.0.
“Andre and his team developed a website for me recently and I’m
absolutely delighted with the results.
The design was highly creative and professional and gives the exact
look and feel I was looking for. It’s very user friendly and a
massive benefit that has gone beyond my expectations, as is it’s
flexibility and the extent to which I can easily change 85% of the
front end of the site whenever I want. On top of all that it cost me
far less than I expected and therefore represents excellent value for
money for something with which I am delighted.
In addition, Andre has been a pleasure to work with and is highly
customer focussed – a great guy doing a great job. Thank you so much
Andre and the EAB team!”
– Nicole Wehden, Director, Joy of Life.
